Klübertop TG 05 N is a thermo-setting, grey-black bonded coating based on graphite and an organic binding agent. It is a fluid, ready-to-use product containing a highly flammable mixture of solvents (former hazard class VbF A II). Once applied and hardened, the coating forms a dry lubricant layer which has a very wide service temperature range and a low friction coefficient, ensures that there is no stick slip at low speeds, has a long service life and is very resistant to wear. In addition, this product has an excellent resistance to oil, and a good resistance to chemicals. It also provides good corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces.

It has an organic binder containing PTFE as the solid lubricant.

Klübertop TP 47-391 A/B reduces friction and wear on metal/metal and metal/plastic material pairings under high mechano-dynamical and thermal loads. The bonded coating is supplied in liquid form and with a viscosity ready to use. It offers a good resistance to chemicals and anticorrosive effect.

Klübertop TP 46-111 is a thermosetting, black bonded coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an organic, water-dilutable binder.

Klübertop TP 46-111 is a ready-to-use fluid containing water as a solvent.

Once applied, this bonded coating dries rapidly, once hardened it ensures good resistance to wear and chemicals, a low friction coefficient, no stick-slip at low speeds and excellent corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces. Its resistance to oils and greases is good.

Adhesion to metals and various plastics is good.
